I ordered Skin Analysis – A Practical Guide by Prof. Des Fernandes & Jennifer Munro- EBOOK but I want to refund because of the format of the book, I thought the book is PDF but it is EPUB , and I am unable to read it. I don’t know how I can read it.
Hi Cissy – sorry to hear you’re having a problem. I have a video and an instruction sheet to show you how to open an EPub. If you’d like to receive them I can send them to your email address. We would never issue our books as PDF’s because they are too easy to reproduce that way. Publishers don’t generally offer PDF’s. Let me know if you’d like instructions. many thanks – Jennie
